Vegan Cheese Feet with Jeezano

- 260g spelt flour
- 120g cold margarine
- 70g Vegourmet Jeezano
- 70g cold water
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- ground pepper
- flour for the board
- 2 tbsp plant based cream mixed with a pinch of turmeric for brushing on the cookies
- Jeezano for sprinkling
Preparation
Preparation: In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, Jeezano, rosemary, pepper and salt. Add chunks of the margarine and crumble with your hands. Now add the water and quickly make a dough. On a board, roll out to a thickness of about 2mm, and cut out cookies with a foot shaped cookie cutter. Place on a baking pan covered with baking paper, and brush on the turmeric mixture. Sprinkle with Jeezano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C° for about 8 min backen until they begin to change color. Let cool and store in an air tight container.
