A layer of homemade nougat and brittle. Followed by a green tea ganache of soy couverture and soy drink finely accentuated with coriander and finally a fruity shower of goji berries, the "Happy Berries", which contain plenty of vitamins, nutrients and invigorating characteristics.
This couverture contains plenty of coconut milk instead of cow´s milk, giving it an intense taste of coconut, coupled with 32% of cocoa butter ensuring a marvellously melting nature and refined with genuine bourbon vanilla.
